Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Jesus Technology Services is looking for passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our Australian Voice/Non-Voice Process team. If you have strong communication skills and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences — this is the place for you

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email (as per process).

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Follow company protocols and meet performance targets.

Accurately document and update customer details.

Collaborate with the team to improve process efficiency.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Willingness to work in Night Shift (Australian Time Zone).

Experience in international voice/non-voice process is a plus.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
