Job Title: Export Sales Manager (Agrochemical Industry)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹45 LPA

Experience: Minimum 8 Years (In Agrochemical Industry)

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agriculture) & MBA - Marketing

Industry Preference: Agrochemical Industry (International / Global Experience Mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To know and monitor the country market potential for Agrochemical products like Insecticides, Herbicides, Fungicides, Micro-Fertilizers, etc.
  • To check effective promotion and sales service activity in the given country.
  • To monitor competitor activities in the country.
  • To identify and monitor suitable distributors in the assigned country, and finalize based on their expertise, market coverage, and financial status.
  • To attend conferences with distributors, initiate sales of company products in assigned countries, and take approval from management.
  • To analyze company's product-wise market share and work towards increasing the share in the given country.
  • To coordinate with internal departments for fulfillment of documentary requirements.
  • To handle and monitor all activities related to exhibitions.
  • Product forecasting.
  • Knowledge of export documentation.
  • Preparation and approval for developing new countries.
  • Communication with customers.
  • Negotiation and closing orders.
  • Complaint resolution.
  • Exhibition preparation.
