Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Export Sales Marketing Manager based in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial to expanding our international footprint and driving export growth in the highly competitive dye intermediate industry.
The Export Sales Marketing Manager will:
• Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to penetrate new international markets.
• Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with global clients and distributors.
• Manage and strengthen partnerships with existing international clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, demand forecasting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
• Oversee pricing strategy, budget management, and negotiation of contracts.
• Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Qualifications
• Mandatory knowledge and experience in the Dye Intermediate Industry (must be able to demonstrate understanding of products like Sulpho VS, OAVS, DABA, 3:5 DNBA, and other related intermediates).
• Proven experience in Export Sales, International Marketing, and Business Development.
• Strong expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
