Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Hyderabad Pashamylaram

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 months – 2 year

Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)

About the Role:

 We are seeking a smart, professional, and energetic Guest Relations Executive who can create a warm, memorable, and seamless experience for all our in-house visitors and customers. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end hospitality of all visitors and clients, from pickup arrangements to final drop-off.
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure all basic facilities, refreshments, and meeting arrangements are ready for guests.
  • Coordinate with drivers, security, and relevant departments to ensure smooth visitor handling.
  • Professionally engage guests during their stay, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor schedules and requirements.
  • Draft and send professional emails for visitor communication and confirmations.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or client servicing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent email etiquette.
  • Presentable, confident, and able to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ready to join immediately.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
