Guest Relation Executive
with excellent communication skills to manage front-office operations and provide a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be , preferably from Kerala, and open to relocating to Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and appointments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest services.
- Maintain guest records and update databases accurately.
- Assist with billing, payments, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for customer service.
- Support in organizing guest engagement activities/events.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local languages preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Presentable and well-groomed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any discipline.
- Prior experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Customer Care preferred.
