You'll handle purchasing tasks, from developing vendors, getting quotes, managing orders receipts to ensuring invoices are processed promptly. You'll also handle documentation to ensure compliance with SOPs for manufacturing Dept. We value ownership, attention to detail, humility, and collaborative problem-solving.

Reporting to: Manager

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
  • Managing documentation to ensure compliance with company SOPS, policies and industry regulations. This role requires excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Track compliance of SOPs for manufacturing and administration and report to management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for timely restocking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure supplier compliance with company standards and requirements
  • Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery delays.
  • Maintain and organize all procurement-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.
  • Ensure payment to vendors on time.
  • Track compliance of SOPs for manufacturing and administration, report to management.
