Job Title: Telesales Executive Trading & Gaming Process (Work From Home)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our Trading & Gaming process team. This is a Work from Home opportunity offering an excellent salary package, lucrative monthly incentives, and daily & weekly spot rewards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via outbound calls to promote trading and gaming products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
  • Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales / telemarketing / customer service experience (preferred in trading/gaming/finance sector).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English (additional languages will be a plus).

  • Work from Home Setup is mandatory:

  • Laptop/Desktop with latest configuration.

  • Minimum 100 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Noise-cancellation headset for professional calls.

  • Quiet workspace with good environment.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
