Job Title: Business Development Manager

Years of Experience: 3-6yrs

Job Location: Noida (On-site)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with the design team to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert the leads into successful interior design projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design requirements, functional needs and aesthetic preferences.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create compelling proposals, presentations and design concepts.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations in line with company pricing policies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement and close deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback on sales performance and market trends.
  • Assist in preparing and updating sales materials, contracts and presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits and project discussions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to understand and interpret client briefs and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Proficient in Google sheets.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
