Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM IST (Australian shift)

Work Location: Cegura Building, 3rd Floor, 9 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata, Near Zishan Restaurant)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to grow Inspra's digital presence and keep our content engine running smoothly. You'll be responsible for executing the social media content calendar, writing engaging blogs, repurposing existing assets, optimizing content for SEO, and supporting paid digital campaigns.

While our design team will provide most of the creative assets, you'll need basic design skills (e.g., Canva or Figma) to tweak visuals, create simple graphics, or adapt designs for different platforms.

Experience with paid social, Google Ads, and keywords is preferred.

Key Responsibilities Media Management

● Publish and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok using the existing content calendar.

● Write compelling, on-brand captions and hashtags tailored to each platform.

● Engage with followers, comments, and community discussions to grow brand visibility.

Content Creation & Repurposing

● Repurpose long-form content (videos, webinars, case studies) into short-form posts, blogs, and social snippets.

● Write SEO-friendly blog articles for Inspra's website that align with our content pillars (AI in customer experience, ROI-driven use cases, industry insights).

● Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Content Calendar & Planning

● Maintain and evolve the content calendar with timely ideas and data-backed insights.

● Identify opportunities to reuse or remix existing content for maximum reach and relevance.

Basic Design & Visual Editing

● Use Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express to:

○ Resize or adapt graphics for different channels.

○ Add text overlays, branded elements, or lightweight animations.

○ Design quick visuals or quote cards when needed.

SEO & Analytics

● Apply SEO best practices to all blog and web content (keywords, meta tags, readability).

● Monitor engagement metrics and performance data to refine content strategy.

Paid Ads (Bonus/Optional Responsibility)

● Support the setup and management of paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or Google.

● Help create ad copy and visuals aligned with ongoing campaigns.

● Track performance and suggest data-driven optimizations.

Requirements

● 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

● Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

● Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools).

● Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.

● Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or Google Analytics).

● Experience with paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, or Google) is preferred.

● A creative, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
