Job Responsibilities
- Finding potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability to the given role.
- Schedule a minimum of 10 interviews per day for candidates across various cities.
- Coordinate and consult with Mr. Avelo Roy (Director) and his office before scheduling the interviews of the applicant.
- Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Provide feedback to candidates and maintain candidate databases.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Work closely with the operations team to understand upcoming requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve future recruiting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or office management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office technology and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
Salary : Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 18,000 per month (Plus Provident Fund & ESI)
Office Timing: 12 pm to 9 pm with Rotational Weekly Leave
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
