Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms ([Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio etc.])
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive traffic and revenue
- Monitor and analyze website and marketplace performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online sales
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies
