What are we looking for:

  • Skilled in designing & delivering training programs like leadership, soft skills, life skills, sustainable development, skills & managerial training.
  • Beyond corporate roles, excel in Stakeholder Management, Instructional Designing, Curriculum Development
  • Project Management, E-learning development, Career coach and Job search strategist, LMS handling and Talent Management. WORK EXPERIENCE Training Program Development: LMS Optimization
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of Cornerstone Learning Management System and conceptualize and execute strategic learning initiatives.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
  • ROI Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct ROI analysis of training programs, leading to a % improvement in cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.

The Opportunity:

  • Manage training budgets to ensure optimal utilization.
