Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses or learning programs.
- Conduct effective sales pitches to drive conversions and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and conversation details.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure a smooth on boarding and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents for future referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresher or One year of inside sales experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Recruitment Process:
1. Job Description and Specifications -
Target Candidates: Freshers or experienced individuals with fluency in Hindi and English. Knowledge of any regional language other than Telugu and Hindi is considered an advantage.
Role Expectations: Candidates are expected to engage with cold leads, participate in product and call pitch training, and demonstrate their ability to convert leads into sales during the On-Job Training (OJT) period.
2. Interview Process:
Initial Screening: Candidates will undergo an HR round.
Final Interview: Shortlisted candidates will have a final interview with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM), Varun.
3. Onboarding:
Batch Onboarding: A group of 7-10 candidates will be onboarded simultaneously.
Program Structure: The BDT program spans 4-6 weeks, after which qualified candidates will be selected based on their performance.
Stipend: Candidates will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 20,000/- for the training program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
