Position: Sales Executive

Location: Tirupur

Role Purpose: 

  • Strengthening the Company's Business interests in the Marketplace
  • Form the vital link between the Company and Customers

Principal Accountabilities:

1.Sales & Collection 

  2. Driving sales and collection target for his zones from his team
  3. Identfying the overall potential for the territory
  4. Selling the entire product range
  5. Identiying cross selling / upselling opportunities at both direct and indirect accounts
  6. Innovative customer focussed offerings to gain customer / market share
  7. Understading market operating prices as well as dealer ROI / margin structure
  8. Collaborating internally with Global and domestic account team to grow business
  9. Timely collection of dues
  10. Monitoring overdues and streamlining the accounts
  11. Ledger review with the team
  12. Optimise the credit limits and adhoc requestsPeriodic updates and reports on the market activities to the branch manage.

2. Implementing the business strategy of the company 

Driving digital adoption at customers and sales forceTechnical Seminars and customer connects to reinforce Coats brandLiaising with technical team for right product offerings and upgradationUsing sales tools and report for regular analysisEffective utilization of the marketing and promotional material

3. Customer management

Managing customer realtionships with key stake holdersEngage with customers with new product and service offeringProvide customers with a much higher level of technical & commercial competenceUnderstadning short and long term customer business projectionsMinimum 12 to 15 days of market visitsEngagement with senior and mid level management of the customers

4. Forecasting and periodic sales planning aligned with key market intelligence and branch objectives
