**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Location: Perundurai**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Experience : 3 - 5 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, visits, digital platforms, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote company products and services through effective marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to build brand visibility.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Provide timely reports to management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and marketing activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
