**Job Title**: Marketing executive - Incinerator sales and services

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive the sales of incinerators and related services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors in the incinerator and waste management sectors.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and identify potential market segments.
- **Brand Awareness & Lead Generation**:

- Increase brand visibility and awareness of the company’s incinerator products and services across targeted industries.
- Identify and generate qualified leads through digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and manage content for brochures, presentations, websites, and other marketing materials focused on incinerator solutions.
- Utilize social media, SEO, and digital advertising to drive traffic to the company website and generate leads for incinerator sales.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including industrial clients, waste management companies, municipalities, and government agencies.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions related to incinerators and waste management systems.
- Assist in customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure that customers are informed about the benefits of using incinerators.
- **Product Knowledge & Technical Support**:

- Maintain a strong understanding of the technical aspects and features of the company’s incinerator products, ensuring effective communication with customers.
- Work with the technical team to understand the product’s capabilities and provide clear explanations to clients about product specifications and benefits.
- Provide post-sale support, working with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- **Marketing Campaigns & Advertising**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting the waste management, environmental, and industrial sectors.
- Develop content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms to engage with potential customers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- **Event Coordination & Trade Shows**:

- Coordinate the company’s participation in relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote incinerator solutions.
- Plan and organize product demonstrations, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage with potential clients and showcase the company’s offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, market demand, and trends related to incinerator products and services.
- Analyze competitor products and marketing strategies to position the company’s offerings effectively and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the product development and sales teams based on customer insights and market analysis.
- **Sales Support & Reporting**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and sales performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and close sales deals.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 0 to 1 year experience

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perundurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
