**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Location: Perundurai, Erode.**

**Experience: 0-1 Years**

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives to achieve growth targets. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and coordinating marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and market share.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

**Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
