**Key Responsibilities**:_
- **New Business Development**: Identify and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals and revenue targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Sales & Marketing)
- Minimum [1+] years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in [Automotive Industry] is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
