**Job Description: Sales Executive**

**Location**: Perundurai SIPCOT, Tamil Nadu
**Experience**: 2 to 3 years
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,500 per month + Yearly Bonus + Incentives
**Languages Required**: Tamil, English, and Hindi (Speaking Proficiency)
**Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for tyre pyrolysis products (Pyrolysis Oil, Recovered Carbon Black, Steel Scrap, etc.).
- Identify and approach potential buyers in industries such as cement, tyre manufacturing, and fuel industries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- **Market Research & Pricing Strategy**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Provide feedback on product demand and pricing structure.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure repeat business.
- **Order Processing & Coordination**:

- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in documentation and invoicing for completed sales.
- **Sales Reporting & Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales records and provide reports to management.
- Track payment collections and ensure timely receipt of payments.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Ensure profitable deal closures while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- **Travel & Field Sales**:

- Visit clients, industrial sites, and trade exhibitions to promote company products.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential buyers.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all sales transactions comply with GST, EPR, and other statutory norms.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, orders, and correspondence.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in pyrolysis, oil, rubber, or recycling industries.
- **Knowledge**: Familiar with sales strategies, industrial markets, and customer handling.
- **Technical Skills**: MS Office, CRM software, and basic knowledge of invoicing.
- **Communication**: Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Speaking proficiency).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- **Other Requirements**: Willingness to travel for client meetings and market research.

**Work Timing**: As per factory schedule or field sales requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
