Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their jewellery selections, explaining product details, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training junior sales staff and contributing to store operational duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Jewellery and Gemstones
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational and Inventory Management skills
- Team leadership and staff training abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
