  1. Recruitment & Hiring

  2. Prepare job descriptions (JDs) based on requirements from units and confirm with respective teams.

  3. Share approved JDs and requirement details with recruitment consultancies and post openings on relevant portals.
  4. Follow up with consultancies for current openings and collect candidate CVs.
  5. Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, and share feedback with consultancies.
  6. Forward shortlisted profiles to concerned departments for second-round interviews; schedule interviews and collect panel feedback.
  7. Finalize salary negotiations, issue offer/appointment letters, and collect necessary documents.
  8. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker with candidate data.

  9. Conduct background verification and ensure timely joining.

  10. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  11. Share welcome emails with selected candidates before joining.

  12. Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and system access are completed.

  13. Conduct structured induction programs and orientation sessions.

  14. Process Standardization & Compliance

  15. Update and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with labor laws.

  16. Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
  17. Drive process automation and maintain proper documentation.

  18. Conduct regular HR process audits and suggest improvements.

  19. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  20. Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as team-building events, wellness programs, and celebrations.

  21. Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  22. Address employee concerns by acting as a liaison between staff and management.

  23. Promote employee well-being and work-life balance.

  24. Training & Development

  25. Identify training needs in consultation with managers and through performance appraisals.

  26. Coordinate and track training programs (soft skills, leadership, technical).
  27. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

6.HR Coordination

  • Follow up with Consultancy on ongoing HR projects.
  • Visit different units for recruitment, onboarding, or HR requirements.

  • Coordinate visiting card printing for employees as required.

  • Social Media & Employer Branding

  • Monitor and respond to messages on LinkedIn pages for Ginza and SOIE.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding initiatives.

Experience Required: 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR role — recruitment experience is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
