We're now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and workshop partners.
- Identify and expand into new markets and territories.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive or bike parts industry (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.
