
Sales Manager

o drive consistent and predictable sales growth by managing dealer/distributor relationships, securing repeat orders, developing new markets, and ensuring timely collections. The Sales Field Manager will be responsible for visiting customers, understanding their requirements, tracking competitor activity, and ensuring that sales targets are met with proper reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Dealer & Distributor Management
- Build strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Ensure timely follow-up on dealer order cycles (7/15/30/45 days).
- Support dealers with schemes, offers, and new product updates.
Resolve dealer complaints quickly and escalate critical issues.
Sales Growth & Market Expansion
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territory.
- Expand product penetration across different categories (pipes, tarpaulins, shade nets, etc.).
Conduct field surveys to identify new opportunities.
Order Booking & Collections
Secure standing/advance orders to reduce sales fluctuations.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with backend Sales Coordinator for dispatches & invoices.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor prices, schemes, and product launches.
- Report market trends, seasonal demand shifts, and customer requirements.
Share insights with management for pricing and production planning.
Reporting
Submit daily field visit report (dealers visited, orders booked, pending follow-ups).
- Weekly summary: total orders booked, collections, competitor activity.
- Highlight any critical issues (lost order, price war, dealer dissatisfaction).
Key Skills Required
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local dealer/distributor network (preferred).
- Target-driven with ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Email reporting.
- Good communication in local language + Hindi/English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
