Role Overview: As a Club Manager at Fitness First, you will lead a team of Membership Consultants to drive membership sales and meet sales targets. Your focus will be on sales leadership, strategy development, and ensuring exceptional customer service to promote Fitness First services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coach a team of Membership Consultants to achieve sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service, resolve member complaints, and promote Fitness First services - Generate regular reports and analysis for the Club General Manager to highlight sales performance and identify areas for improvement Qualification Required: - Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field - Minimum 4+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate staff and members - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and develop staff - Strong sales acumen to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Club Manager position at Fitness First.,
