Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the sales team from scratch (telemarketing, demos, conversions).
  • Create onboarding materials, sales scripts, and KPIs to guide performance.
  • Conduct regular training, reviews, and feedback sessions to raise team quality.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, B2B campaigns, and messaging.
  • Analyze sales data to improve funnel efficiency and forecast growth.
  • Bring startup agility — refine processes, experiment, and continuously optimize.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven B2B or SaaS sales experience (with startup exposure).
  • Strong at team building, coaching, and process creation.
  • Confident in product demos and client communication.
  • Data-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Understands the balance between structure and speed in a growing company.
