Job Description:-

  1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

(Gym & Health Trainers) to present, promote, and sell products or services

using solid arguments and knowledge of the product.

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales

targets through effective sales calls and closing deals.

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate new leads through

cold calling, referrals, or customer inquiries. Qualify leads by assessing

customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

  1. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their

needs, and tailor the sales approach to suit individual preferences.

  1. Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the companys

products and services to address customer inquiries and confidently handle

objections.

  1. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update customer information in

the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on leads and

opportunities.

  1. Objection Handling: Effectively handle objections, concerns, and questions

from customers, using problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and

close sales.

  1. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports,

tracking key metrics such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales

performance.

  1. Customer Feedback: Gather and report feedback from customers regarding

the products/services and potential improvements.

  1. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and previous conversations with customers to nurture relationships and convert potential sales.
