Job Description: Outbound Calling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Outbound Calling Executive to join our Legal Department. The role involves handling outbound calls to Legal Officers to support legal processes, documentation, compliance follow-ups, and case-related coordination. The candidate will act as a bridge between the Legal Team and external parties to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of legal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to Legal Officers for legal case follow-ups and documentation.
  • Explain legal notices, reminders, and company policies in a professional and clear manner.
  • Collect, verify, and update required documents and information.
  • Maintain detailed call records and update the Legal database regularly.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Officers/Managers regarding pending cases, compliance deadlines, and escalations.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Ensure timely reminders for payments, settlements, and legal obligations.
