Job Title: Call Center Executive Outbound Calls & Secondary Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Call Center Executive to handle outbound calls and manage secondary sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth coordination with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product promotion, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Manage secondary sales operations by coordinating with distributors and retailers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS related to outbound calls and secondary sales.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience in outbound calling or sales.
  • 1–5 years of experience in call center/tele-sales/secondary sales (preferably in paints, FMCG, or building materials industry).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
