Relevance AI(Must), workflow automation (n8n), and advanced outreach tools
. We're looking for a
GTM Engineer
who blends technical automation expertise with GTM execution skills, particularly in
Outreach, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and AI agents
.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize
  GTM workflows
  using
  Relevance AI, n8n, and other automation tools
  .
• Build AI-powered agents for
  lead enrichment, personalized outreach, and ABM campaigns
  .
• Integrate data sources (CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to streamline
  outreach workflows
  .
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design
  scalable ABM playbooks
  powered by automation.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve outreach efficiency, personalization, and conversion.
• Create documentation and internal playbooks for repeatable GTM automations.
• Stay ahead of trends in
  agentic AI, workflow automation, and enterprise GTM stacks
  .

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in
  Relevance AI, n8n, Make/Zapier, or similar automation platforms
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Outreach, ABM, and sales/marketing workflows
  .
• Hands-on expertise with
  CRM tools (HubSpot, .)
  and outbound platforms.
• Understanding of
  AI-powered GTM strategies
  (personalization, enrichment, automation).
• Ability to translate GTM goals into
  automation workflows and AI agent use cases
  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder's mindset.
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with both
  technical teams and GTM leaders
  .
