We are currently seeking a Data & AI Presales Consultant - Management Consulting to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"Job Duties: About the Role:
As a Data & AI Presales Consultant within our Management Consulting practice, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge data/AI technologies and business transformation strategies. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, management consultants, and technical experts to design and present compelling data-driven solutions that address complex client challenges. Your expertise will help shape the solution roadmap, drive client engagement, and accelerate deal closures in domains such as AI, ML, analytics, and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop tailored Data and AI solution proposals aligned with client business goals and transformation objectives.

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and data needs.

• Design and demonstrate end-to-end Data & AI solutions including predictive analytics, machine learning models, data platforms, and AI automation.

• Create impactful presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to articulate technical value and business impact.

• Support RFP responses and contribute to technical due diligence processes.

• Provide expert guidance on data strategy, AI capabilities, architecture, and technology stacks relevant to management consulting projects.

• Stay abreast of emerging data, AI trends, and competitive landscape to enhance solution offerings.

• Assist in the development of sales enablement materials and technical training for consulting teams.

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of presales solutions and align on execution feasibility.

Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Analytics presales or solution consulting roles, preferably in consulting or IT services environments.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools.

• Familiarity with management consulting frameworks and business transformation methodologies is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in presenting complex technical solutions to C-level executives and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven technical solutions.

• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of technologies such as Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, TensorFlow, or equivalent.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in or alongside management consulting firms.

• Knowledge of industry-specific data use cases (financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, Supplychain and Energy).

• Certifications in cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies.

• Background in business intelligence, data governance, or data architecture."
