We are looking is looking for a dynamic and experienced Presales Leader / Domain Consultant to drive consulting-led business development in the Banking, Finance, Fintech, or Telecom domains. The ideal candidate is someone who combines deep domain knowledge with the ability to craft and present innovative technology solutions to CXO-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and create roadmaps, solutions, and product strategies.
- Leverage expertise in Banking, Finance, Fintech, or Telecom business lifecycle to define future-ready solutions.
- Lead customer workshops, demos, PoCs, and presentations, showcasing ROI and business impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to design and deliver value-driven proposals.
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, solution blueprints, and business cases for complex deals.
- Mentor and guide the presales team to enhance solution quality and client engagement.
- Stay updated on Cloud, Data, AI/ML, RPA, and Digital Transformation trends to shape customer offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9 - 12 years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or technology advisory in Banking, Finance, Fintech, or Telecom.
- Strong understanding of domain business lifecycle and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Proven track record of solutioning and closing complex deals at CXO level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with top consulting or IT services firms (Big 4 or similar) is an advantage.
