Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Noida location. The selected candidate will proactively engage with potential clients, generate leads, and build lasting relationships to secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying market trends through research, creating customized proposals, and collaborating with other teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the specialist will enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth by fostering strong customer relationships and assisting in strengthening our overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, creating strategies, and evaluating client needs
  • Effective Communication abilities, including verbal and written skills, to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting potential business opportunities
  • Experience in conducting Market Research and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in technology consulting or product development industries is an added advantage
