Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up ability, and prior experience in CRM or customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and CRM software.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and service queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and customer requirements.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or back-office roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Strong follow-up ability and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

  • Candidates with experience in CRM/customer support roles.
  • Should be based in or willing to work at Chandni Chowk, Kolkata.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
