Job Description:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day data entry, documentation, and backend support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Prepare and update reports, invoices, and internal documents.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital & physical).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data or information as required.
  • Handle emails, follow-ups, and basic administrative support work.
  • Support management with various backend and reporting tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of office operations and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
  • Prior experience in back-office or data entry work preferred.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹11,000.00 per month
