Job Summary:
Pathfinder Educational Centre is looking for a dynamic and energetic Back Office Executive who will handle day-to-day administrative tasks along with basic marketing activities such as calling and distributing leaflets. The ideal candidate should be young, motivated, and eager to learn, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities : Back Office Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain student records, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in managing admission processes and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with centres, faculty, and staff for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, manage filing systems, and maintain office supplies.
- Support management in routine office operations.
Marketing & Outreach Activities:
- Make outbound calls for student inquiries and follow-ups.
- Support basic marketing activities like distributing leaflets near schools, colleges, and nearby areas.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and contribute to student engagement initiatives.
- Provide information about courses and guide students/guardians when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing stream preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional behaviour.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate preferred
- Young & Fresher (0–1 year experience welcome)
- Energetic and comfortable with field and calling activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
