Job Description

Primary tech: ELK, Workernode, Infra node setup and cluster management

  • Cluster Deployment & Configuration: Set up and configure blockchain/DLT clusters for CBDC systems. Implement consensus mechanisms and node synchronization strategies.
  • Performance & Reliability: Monitor cluster health, latency, and throughput using advanced monitoring tools. Optimize node performance and resource utilization.
  • Logging & Observability: Implement and manage ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging and analytics. Create dashboards and alerts for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Security & Compliance: Apply cryptographic security measures for transactions and data integrity. Ensure compliance with central bank regulations and cybersecurity standards.
  • Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform regular updates, patches, and version upgrades for nodes and clusters. Automate operational tasks using orchestration tools.
  • Incident Response: Troubleshoot cluster issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of cluster architecture and operational procedures. Prepare compliance and performance reports for regulatory bodies.

Job Requirement

  • Expertise in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and visualization.
  • Strong experience with DLT platforms (Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Quorum or similar).
  • Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and CBDC frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
