Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Design A/B testing scenarios to optimize creative, audience targeting, and

bidding strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPC, CPQL, etc.).
  • Use data insights to identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and

improving performance.

  • Build detailed customer personas to refine targeting strategies.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms for

audience segmentation.

  • Optimize retargeting strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Allocate and track ad spending to ensure efficient use of budgets.
  • Forecast and report campaign expenditures and returns on investment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Present campaign outcomes to stakeholders and recommend future

strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of running successful lead generation and conversion

campaigns.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other performance marketing

platforms is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics GTM, and

similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools like Pabbly, Zapier, or other CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
