Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce CRM platform used across sales, presales, and marketing teams.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and dashboards based on business needs.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for management visibility and decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other business applications (marketing automation, call center tools, etc.).
  • Manage user access, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Monitor data integrity and perform regular data hygiene activities (duplicate management, data uploads, backups).
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, and Post Sales teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct periodic user training sessions and provide ongoing support for new and existing users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Salesforce support when necessary.
  • Assist in implementing new features and enhancements in line with Salesforce updates and company goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
  • Experience in real estate CRM setup and lead management workflows will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments.
