About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to design efficient solutions, streamline processes, and enhance user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early professionals to build a strong foundation in Salesforce development while working on real-world business projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
  • Implement and configure user roles, profiles, permissions, and other security settings within Salesforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
  • Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ongoing data management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality or data integrity.
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation for all development activities.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including configuration, automation, and customization.
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data integration, and third-party connectors.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, validation, and debugging.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification (optional but advantageous).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web development frameworks.
  • Exposure to CRM concepts or enterprise software systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
