Role: Executive Alternative Services (Job Grade: Executive)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system through comprehensive quality checks.
  • Confirm the validity of cheques by reviewing scanned images and provide verification for banking processes to the front offices.
  • Support the Processing Officer by generating reports and letters, coordinating with various organizations, reconciling transactions, and handling non-financial requests.
  • Analyze and correct errors to maintain a transaction processing error rate of 0.5% or lower across all tasks.
  • Organize, categorize, and scan documents as needed.
  • Send out account statements and notification letters to investors.
  • Provide front offices with confirmations for cheque banking.

Proactive Attitude: Must be a Proactive individual with a strong willingness to work and a commitment to excellence.

Attention to Detail: They should demonstrate Ability to meticulously review data and documents to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.

Standards Maintenance: Experience in performing quality checks and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and front offices.

Familiarity with Data Entry and Office Software: Familiarity with data entry systems, document management technology, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Task Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Client Service: Focus on pro excellent service to clients and front offices, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and Senior Executives in various tasks and projects.
