About the Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Investment Documentation & Accounting Executive to handle investment documentation, accounting, and broker/banking coordination for Mutual Funds, Listed Securities, IPOs, Bonds, and Commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation for MF, Equity, IPO, Bonds & Commodity investments
  • Execute and coordinate with brokers, banks & AMCs for daily transactions
  • Maintain bank guarantee documentation and handle renewals
  • Record investment accounting entries & perform reconciliations (Bank/Broker/DP)
  • Support front-end dealing, pay-outs, settlements, and investment MIS

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of capital markets & mutual fund operations
  • Excellent in documentation, accounting & reconciliation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with strong communication and follow-up discipline

Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

Experience: 2–6 years in BFSI / Broking / Investment Operations
