About the job

Summum-Bonum group is looking for an experienced and senior professional to drive distribution of its Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The group, promoted by seasoned bankers and corporate professionals, is a real estate investor with in-house real estate development capabilities. It is currently engaged in development of 3 sites (1 mio sq ft /INR 900 crore revenue potential) in Shimla, all built out of prop capital. Now looking to share the experience with outside investors, the group is bringing an AIF. We are looking for candidates with experience in the field and connection with investor network - HNIs, UHNWIs, Family Offices, and institutional investors. Knowledge of AIF structures and related regulations is also a must.
Please note that the position is ONLY for the candidates with AIF/PMS/Wealth management - Sales & Distribution background and it is NOT for distribution of 3
rd
party products.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the AIF sales and distribution strategy, with a focus on high-value and sophisticated investor community.
  • Build and manage relationships with wealth managers, RIAs, and other distributors engaged in the sector.
  • Work with asset management and compliance teams to ensure seamless post-sale engagement.
  • Represent the group at industry events.

Key Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in AIF sales, wealth management, or investment product distribution.
  • Proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of the AIF business and regulations.
  • Excellent network among HNIs, UHNWIs, and institutional clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • NISM Series XIX-B – AIF (Category III) Distributors Certification - Preferred.
  • NISM Series XIX-C – AIF Managers Certification - Preferred.
