Role Overview
We're looking for a High-Performance Website Sales Closer to join our growth journey. You'll connect with potential clients, nurture leads, and close deals for our Website Development, SEO, and Ad Campaign services.
Key Responsibilities
- Filter and reachout to prospect leads.
- Prospect and connect with decision-makers via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Conduct qualified sales calls and explain technical aspects confidently.
- Reach 5 Lakh Target per month with full support from our technical team.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and performance reports.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or client acquisition (preferably tech/marketing).
- Excellent communication and confidence on video or voice calls.
- Strong understanding of Ads, Websites, and SEO services.
- Persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and highly target-driven.
- Available Mon–Sat, with flexible work timings.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Compensation

We follow an accelerated earnings model — your financial growth directly reflects your performance.
- Initial Earning Potential: Up to ₹25,000/month (Performance-based)
- Post-Probation (3 months): ₹2.3–₹2.5 LPA (Fixed) + Performance Bonuses
