**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the Shopify-powered website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Troubleshoot website functionality issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
- Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and user experience across all devices.
- **Content Management**:

- Regularly update website content, including banners, product descriptions, images, and promotional offers.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual aesthetics throughout the website.
- **User Experience (UX) Optimization**:

- Analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and implement strategies to improve navigation and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine design elements and enhance user engagement.
- **E-commerce Operations**:

- Set up and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
- Monitor online sales performance metrics using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate reports on website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
- **Customer Support Integration**:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries related to website functionality or orders.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the shopping experience.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with digital campaigns.
- Assist in SEO optimization for improved search engine rankings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce or website management (preferably on Shopify).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices.

**Preferred Skills**
- Proficiency in Shopify platform management.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
