**Job Title**:_**Product / Website Executive**_

**Description & Responsibilities**:

- Support the website tech team in the day-to-day running of the website
- Leading complete user testing before deploying any changes of the website into the live

environment
- Coordinating and managing all website development tasks that need to be picked on a

weekly basis
- Heading the daily tech standup for all updates of the tasks been undertaken by the tech team
- Manage the planning process for content updates to the homepage, banners, marketing

landing pages and promo spaces on website
- Working with design, UX and web developers to ensure site updates and campaigns initiatives

run smoothly
- Compile reports and analysis of changes made on the website
- Write briefs for website marketing projects for grooming of the teach team
- Respond to inquiries from the tech team and other clients that we are working with
- Assist with ad hoc requests from the marketing or customer service team
- Coordinate the activities of the team that delivers the service, including management of

vendor relationships
- Ensure good quality of service and speedy resolution of operational incidents
- Coordinates meeting schedules with the Teach team and other vendors
- Compose and format documentation for all updates with higher management
- Prepares, reviews, and tracks invoices and expense reports from external vendors that are

being worked with

**Requirements**:

- Graduate
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience as Website Executive
- Good verbal/written communication skills in English

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
