About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Website Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, business outcomes, and continuous enhancement of AU Bank's corporate website ) and related digital assets. The role requires a blend of product management, user experience design, and business acumen to ensure the website becomes a modern, customer-centric, and high-performing channel that drives acquisition, engagement, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the AU Bank website, from strategy and roadmap creation to execution and optimization.

· Define and prioritize features across UI/UX, SEO, accessibility, performance, analytics, lead generation, and content management.

· Work with design, engineering, and content teams to deliver a modern, secure, scalable website aligned with brand and regulatory standards.

· Collaborate with business, marketing, compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate business objectives into website features and journeys.

· Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / CMS platforms to ensure flexibility, speed, and personalization in content delivery.

· Monitor website performance, traffic, SEO, and funnel metrics; identify opportunities to improve conversions and customer engagement.

· Stay updated on digital banking trends, UX best practices, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI accessibility norms).

· Ensure strong governance and risk management across website updates, compliance requirements, and customer data protection.

Qualifications & Experience

· –7 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or consumer digital platforms.

· Proven track record of managing websites or customer-facing digital channels with significant traffic and business impact.

· Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (preferably AEM), analytics tools (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics), SEO, and accessibility standards.

· Strong understanding of UX principles, website performance optimization, and customer acquisition funnels.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, engineering, compliance, and senior leadership.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
