About The Role
We are looking for a driven, street-smart Field Sales Executive to sell FASTag and fuel card solutions to fleet owners. You will be responsible for lead generation, conversion, onboarding, and activation — primarily through field visits and outbound calls. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to hustle on the ground, build relationships, and be part of a fast-scaling fintech logistics business.

This gives us a bird's eye view of the market. We're already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain
financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028. Our Embedded Finance team is building innovative insurance and financial products for the logistics industry — a massive and underserved segment. This role is a critical part of our insurance growth
story.
Function:
Embedded Finance – Field Sales
Experience:
1–3 years in on-ground B2B/B2C sales (logistics/fleet/fintech experience preferred)
Language:
English + Hindi / Marathi
What You'll Do
- Sell FASTag and fuel card products to fleet owners (1–100+ trucks)
- Meet customers in person — where they are
- Explain product benefits, documents required, and rewards program
- Help customers complete onboarding, documentation, and activation
- Coordinate with central ops team for support and fulfillment
- Report daily activity, conversion funnel, and customer feedback
- Build a network of agents/referral partners in your region
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, fleet sales, or transport/logistics sector
- Strong communication in regional language
- Must be comfortable with field travel and hustle mindset
- Basic smartphone proficiency (Google Forms, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Experience selling FASTag, fuel cards, or vehicle services is a plus
- High ownership, target-driven attitude
