Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dynamics AX Trade & Logistics and Production modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and configure the system to meet their needs. Additionally, you will provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system.
  • Implement and configure Dynamics AX Trade & Logistics and Production modules
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and processes
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system
  • Train end-users on the effective use of the system
Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics AX ERP system
  • Experience in configuring Trade & Logistics and Production modules
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics technical landscape, including SQL, AOS, and SharePoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver quality service remotely to clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
