The Opportunity

As an
Assistant Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
, you will lead large-scale ERP implementations for global clients, driving finance transformation through technology. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about D365 Finance, leadership, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    D365 F&O Finance
    implementations across key modules — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Expense Management.
  • Manage
    end-to-end project lifecycle
    : discovery, design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Define solution architecture aligned with client goals and business processes.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and configuration.
  • Mentor consultants, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project financials — budgeting, resourcing, and profitability tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a
    trusted advisor
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, integration).
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product innovations and best practices.


Skills & Attributes for Success

  • Expertise in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
    and
    Dynamics AX 2012 R3
    .
  • Deep understanding of finance processes:
    R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, and E2I
    .
  • Proven record in full-cycle
    F&O Finance implementations
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    IFRS, GAAP, SOX
    , and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with
    Power Platform, Azure Services
    , and 3rd-party integrations.
  • Experience in
    Agile project delivery
    and
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    SCM modules
    (Products, Inventory, Warehousing, TMS, Master Planning).
  • Hands-on with
    Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
    .
  • Experience in
    data migration strategy & validation
    .
  • Strong
    mentoring and presentation
    skills.
  • Exposure to
    multi-entity or multi-country rollouts
    .
