Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Project Operations with strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, data migration, and functional consulting. The role requires close collaboration with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/Project Operations implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare documentation such as FRD, BRD.
  • Support end-to-end implementations including configuration, testing, and UAT.
  • Conduct data migration, integration, and validation across CE and F&O modules.
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments (sprint planning, backlog management).
  • Test new features, identify bugs, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Work on Procurement module and integrations with in-house project management and ticketing tools.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Project Operations.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Exposure to Procurement and Finance & Operations modules.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments with sprint planning and collaboration.
